SWC (Shanghai Shewei) | Mo Binbin, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Disabled Persons' Federation, Visited and Conducted Research at Shanghai Sheshan Precision Bearing Co., Ltd

SWC (Shanghai Shewei) was established in 1986. It has a factory in Songjiang, Shanghai and a factory in Huai'an, Jiangsu, covering an area of 60,000 square meters. Its product range includes deep groove ball bearings and angular contact bearings with inner diameters ranging from 1mm to 50mm. In particular, miniature and ultra-miniature ball bearings, stainless steel bearings, and high-quality bearings for the military industry have already become the remarkable calling cards of SWC's products. Currently, SWC mainly serves six major markets, namely sports and leisure, office equipment, precision instruments, medical equipment, power tools, and the military industry. Meanwhile, with 30 years of experience in turning and grinding manufacturing, research and development, and market services, SWC provides technical support and comprehensive ball bearing solutions for a large number of customers with special material and quality requirements.

Recently, a group of six people, including Mo Binbin, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Disabled Persons' Federation, came to Sheshan Town to carry out visits to extremely poor disabled families affected by the pandemic and conduct research on the "14th Five-Year Plan" for the cause of the disabled. Tang Jinxing, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Songjiang District Disabled Persons' Federation, Wang Zhijian, Director of the District Disabled Persons' Federation, Xue Yafeng, Deputy Town Mayor, and others accompanied the research.

Mo Binbin and his entourage investigated and visited Shanghai Sheshan Precision Bearing Co., Ltd., where 16 disabled employees have resumed work and production. Mo Binbin had cordial exchanges with the disabled employees in the workshop, caring about and inquiring about their physical conditions and work situations. He also had in-depth communication and exchanges with the enterprise leaders on aspects such as the resumption of work and production by the disabled and future development.

Mo Binbin stated that epidemic prevention and control will be a regular task for enterprises in the future and must be implemented meticulously. Shanghai Sheshan Precision Bearing Co., Ltd. has provided employment positions for so many disabled people, making a huge social contribution, which is worthy of recognition and encouragement. It is hoped that it can contribute more to the development of the cause of the disabled in Sheshan Town in the future.
