SWC Profile: SWC, founded in 1986 and headquartered in Shanghai, has two subsidiaries, namely, SWC (Shanghai) Precision Bearings Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Baiyu Bearings Co., Ltd., covering floor area of 60,000m2 and structure area of 35,000m2. SWC boasts domestically-advanced full automatic bearing production lines, with annual capacity of 60 million sets, and a closed production loop ranging from delivery of raw materials into factories to realization of finished products in order to control product quality. With ISO 9001 international quality system certificate obtained in 1998, SWC has always valued product quality for years by actively adopting cutting-edge process and scientific management at home and abroad to ensure product quality. Our representative products include 1mm~50mmID deep-groove ball bearings, angular contact bearings, micro and super-micro ball bearings, stainless steel bearings, high-temperature bearings and high-quality military bearings. SWC mainly serves such fields as sports devices, office facilities, precision instruments, medical equipment, electric tools, harmonic reducers, servo motors, military industry. Furthermore, thanks to 30-year experience in machining, grinding, R&D and market service, SWC is able to deliver technical support and all-round ball bearing solutions to clients who have high demands in special materials and quality.

Production control: SWC offers one-stop services to clients: turning - heat treatment - finished bearing products, with supply of quality bearings, lowered cost and shortened delivery cycle. SWC controls all production procedures precisely in line with TS16949 quality system and by virtue of advanced management to ensure stable and excellent product quality. Building on profound understanding of products and years of application experience, SWC boasts a pack of advanced bearing application technology to offer all-round ball bearing solutions to clients.
